Out and About! Community Outreach Updates:

Last month, Karina Wong, our Denver Community Outreach Coordinator, represented our team at several local events:

sharing resources, connecting with fellow providers, and supporting families in need of ABA services. Her efforts help us grow stronger as a company while making a real difference in our community. Great job, Karina!

November’s Company Theme is:

Learning Together, Growing Stronger

This month, we’re embracing the theme Learning Together, Growing Together. With new leadership, evolving roles, and updated policies, we recognize that growth often comes with change—and sometimes, with growing pains. But every shift gives us a chance to learn from one another and strengthen as a team. Let’s focus on supporting each other through this transition by:

  • Sharing knowledge – Offer help or tips when you can; what you’ve learned may help someone else.
  • Communicating openly – Bring forward ideas, challenges, and feedback with kindness and respect.
  • Celebrating progress – Recognize the small wins and growth moments along the way.

Together, we’re building a company culture that values connection,
learning, and resilience: one step at a time.

New Faces, Shared Goals

We’re so excited to keep learning and growing together and that includes welcoming some awesome new people to the team! Each new RBT brings their own spark, skills, and fresh ideas that make us stronger as a whole. Be sure to say hello, reach out, and help them feel right at home as they settle in. We can’t wait to see what we’ll all accomplish together!

Social media favs:

  • @bilingual_behavior: Wonderful page for learning how to better support Spanish-speaking families and bring more cultural awareness into the work we do!
  • @kaelynnvp: A strong advocate for autistic voices. I find her posts really help me think differently and do better when it comes to neuro-diverse approaches and implementing client-centered care!

Books I live by:

  • ABA Visualized: Great for visual learners and makes ABA concepts super clear and easy to apply, also a great resource for caregivers! Love expanding my knowledge on augmentative alternative communication through their AAC Visualized book as well!
  • The Supervisor’s Guidebook by Dennis Reid: My go-to as a supervisor but super helpful for anyone leading a team!

BCBA Programming Tools/Resources:

  • Teachers Pay Teachers: Tons of ready to use visual supports, token boards, and learning materials made by BCBAs and educators.
  • Boom Cards: Fun little interactive learning cards you can use for teaching skills, collecting data, or keeping sessions engaging!

That’s what we’re doing for kids like yours.
